Fur (edge) Shawl

It is made of homespun yarn at 60 stitches in width and 60 inches in length,
using the Shawl Ministry Knitting Pattern.
At each end there are 4 inches of Cobalt Blue fur
integrated in as a single strand.
I followed two of the tips from your Tip Sheet.
First, I used Judith C.'s Knitting Tip:
I slipped the first stitch of every row onto the needle; the result,
as she said, is a very even and flat shawl.
Second, I used J.J.'s Knitting Tip:
In place of fringe I made the shawl a bit longer and added 4 inches
of Cobalt Blue
fur with the yarn.
